The Summer Solstice is the year's brightest threshold,

a single, sacred moment when the sun stands still and every living thing is invited to bloom.

This is your invitation to meet it.

The Seasonal Wisdom

When the Heart is most awake.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is governed by the Fire element, the element of joy, vitality, and connection. The heart is the seat of it all.

At the Solstice, yang energy reaches its absolute peak. The sun lingers. The light expands. And inside us, the heart's intelligence, what TCM calls the Shen, the spirit, comes fully online.

It is the one day of the year when the body is most open to remembering what it loves.

But here's the catch: when our fire is unattended, when we're running too fast, holding too much, sleeping too little, that same season tips us into burnout, anxiety, scattered energy, restless nights.

Solstice Bloom is the tending. The reset. The remembering.

The Journey

Three hours, woven with care.

A slow unfolding through breath, sound, stillness, and seasonal medicine, designed to land you back in your body and in your light.

10:00 AM

Arrive & Soften

Step into the woods, and into the SunHouse. Warm tea, essential oils, intentional welcome. We'll set sacred space together and share the seasonal teaching that shapes our time.

10:30 AM

Breathwork & Biofield Tuning

A guided, conscious-connected breath journey to clear stagnant heat, move emotional residue, and crack open the chest where summer wants to live. Woven in alongside the breath, tuning forks work directly into your biofield to clear and recalibrate the heart's electromagnetic field, the strongest in your body. Two modalities, one continuous journey. Expect a deep, dreamlike settling, the kind of quiet your nervous system has been waiting for.

11:45 AM

Guided Meditation & Solstice Intention

A guided visualization to anchor what just moved through you. You'll plant a single seed of intention for the season ahead, what you want to bloom into from here.

12:15 PM

Cedar Sauna & Cold Plunge

The perfect seal on the morning. Step into the cedar sauna to let the heat draw out what's left, then into a vintage bathtub cold plunge to lock in the reset. Ancient contrast therapy, rooted in the seasonal Fire of summer. Your nervous system will thank you for days.

12:45 PM

Integration in Nature

Tea, conversation if you want it, quiet if you don't. A moment to step outside into the Solstice sun, feel the river, and let it all settle before you make your way home.

The Bloom

What you'll leave with.

More than a good morning. A felt, cellular shift you'll carry into the season.

01

A nervous system that exhales

Deep parasympathetic rest. The kind of softness in your shoulders, jaw, and chest you'd forgotten was possible.

02

An open, awake heart

The chest cracked open in the kindest way. Emotional residue moved, joy meridians lit up, your fire well-tended instead of consuming you.

03

Seasonal alignment

You'll leave knowing how to actually live the next three months, in rhythm with summer's expansion instead of resisting it.

04

A clear, embodied intention

One seed planted. Something specific to bloom toward between now and the Autumn Equinox.

Is This For You?

Read this honestly.

This is your full-body yes if…

  • You feel the call of the Solstice and you want to honour it instead of letting it pass by.
  • You're tired in a way that sleep doesn't quite fix, and you know your nervous system is asking for something deeper.
  • You're ready to move emotion that's been sitting in your chest for too long.
  • You love nature-based wisdom and want to feel woven back into seasonal rhythm.
  • You've been curious about breathwork or biofield tuning and want to experience them done well, together, in one container.
  • You want to mark this turning point of the year with real intention.

This isn't the right fit if…

  • You're currently pregnant, navigating active cancer, recent concussion, recent surgery, seizure disorder, or unresolved acute trauma (breathwork can be contraindicated, so please reach out and we'll guide you).
  • You're looking for a workout or a fast pick-me-up. This is slow, intentional, internal.
  • You're not ready to feel things. Real things may move.
From Past Gatherings

What people actually felt.

Oh my gosh! This breathwork experience was unlike any other I've tried. It was simple and deep and absolutely profound. My dad came through and a lot was released and alchemized. Thank you!

Past Attendee

Thank you for our session. It had a significantly positive influence on my system already. The energetic shift has been felt in some serious clarity shifts as well for sure. Really impactful in such a beautiful way. Thank you again, for your time, your presence, and your insight!

Past Attendee

I cannot believe how clear I feel mentally. I'm waking up in the mornings and actually feeling rested. Even my husband is noticing a big difference in me.

Common Questions

Before you book.

I've never done breathwork before. Is that okay?

More than okay. Many of our attendees are first-timers. We guide every breath, and you're always invited to slow down or pause if you need to. No experience required.

What is biofield tuning?

It's a non-invasive sound therapy using tuning forks held just above the body. The forks identify and clear distortions in your biofield (your energetic body), and the result is profound nervous system regulation.

I might cry. Is that okay?

Yes. Truly. Tears are some of the most efficient nervous system regulation we have, and breathwork especially tends to move what's been waiting to move. You'll be held the whole way through.

Can I come with a friend?

Please do. These experiences are often even more powerful when you can integrate alongside someone you love. Just have them book their own spot, as we cap the gathering at 10.
